Omelettes with onions

Recipe

Step 1

Whisk the eggs and add flour, water, salt, black pepper, dry mint and parsley.

Step 2

Mix the ingredients well.

Step 3
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and stir in the onions until soft.

Step 4

Pour the egg mixture into the pan and leave it on the stove until it hardens.
