Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220 C.
Step 2
Coating the tartar dough with the tomato sauce, then spread the crumbled goat cheese and tomato slices over it.
Step 3
Bake the dough in the middle grid rack of the oven, for a period of fifteen to twenty minutes, until the dough is softened, and the cheese becomes golden in color. Sprinkle salt and pepper, and distribute basil, before serving.

How to prepare tartar dough: Add butter and sugar in the mixer bowl, and mix on medium speed, until the mixture becomes creamy. Then, add the eggs, vanilla and lemon zest, and start the mixing paddle again, until the eggs are gone. After that, a stirring paddle is used, flour and salt are added, and it is worked on a medium speed, until a slightly crumbled dough is formed.The dough is transferred to a surface spread with a little flour, and kneaded five times, until smooth.
